Our invoices will include tracking and insurance for all shipping.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International buyers are responsible for import customs tax. 

Check your countries import laws and make sure you are aware of any customs charges you are responsible for. 

We send all international items as a gift and with the price you paid not the valuation price. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ITEMS.

Sendle does not ship to PO Box address - Please chose Australia post instead.

Our items are purchased through Estate and Vintage sales and from people who wish to pass their treasured items onto someone who will care about them just as much as they did.  Each piece has a history and a story, we do our best to find out as much as we can about the items at the time of purchase so we can pass on that history to our buyers.

We have a lot of repeat business due to our desire to give exceptional pre and after sales customer care. If you are unhappy with your item, it arrives damaged, or not as described, please contact us straight away before leaving negative feedback so we have the opportunity find a suitable solution.
